Market Square Cottages are a unique luxury rental community. Located at Market Square Drive in Wautoma, Wisconsin, these exceptionally large units are built to “condominium quality” specifications. The property is comprised of two buildings with a variety of large two bedroom floor plans – with attached garages and heat included.

The open concept kitchens are very large and full-featured. They include a refrigerator/freezer, electric self-cleaning range/oven, dishwasher, and a disposal. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer.
